Platform Link Errors

When you try to login to your console and you get "login failed" it can be due to various reasons. The most common reason is because you did not go to www.epicgames.com and link your console account to the Epic Games account we provided you. If you have succesfully linked the Epic Games account we provided to your console account and you are still receiving this error message, please contact us via email or live chat.
This error message appears when you try to log in to Epic Games using a Microsoft account without an Xbox Profile. Go to xbox.com and sign in or click here and create an xbox profile. You can also view a guide on how to fix this by clicking here.
If you are receiving this error that means the PSN account you are trying to link already has been linked to a different Fortnite/Epic Games account. You will either need to unlink your current PSN account from Fortnite/Epic Games or create a new PSN account in order link the Epic Games account we provided.
If you are receiving this error that means the Xbox account you are trying to link already has been linked to a different Fortnite/Epic Games account. You will either need to unlink your current Xbox account from Fortnite/Epic Games or create a new Xbox account in order link the Epic Games account we provided.
If you are receiving the error in the image below, you can easily remove the console restriction on the account. Click the "here" text in the error message. You will be redirected to a support page. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Click here to try to remove a restriction.". It will show the linked console accounts. Remove the linked account for the console you are trying to play. Scroll to the bottom and click send code. A code will be sent to the registered email of the account (the one we provided you). After you enter the code, you will be able to link your console account. Note: if it does not allow you to remove the restricton, please contact us and we will issue a replacement.
